Not Authorized to Run this Application
We were just informed yesterday that our users get a popup box "You are not authorized to run this application". Apparently this has been happening since October 2016 when we had a Tools upgrade from Tools 9.1.3 to Tools 9.2. We are on Version 9.0. All users are getting this pop up randomly/frequently and all different applications. They are accessing thru the menu not Fast Path. Nothing in their roles changed during the Tools Upgrade.
