Duplicate F4111 Records when P4205 runs at Sales Update

I hope someone can advise what we can do with our additional F4111 record when running the P4205 Ship Confirmation at Sales Update. I am also hoping that this resolution will update the F41021 so we have data integrity issues between the 2 tables. Here we do not populate the F41112....
