CatalogService - getfoldercontents

All,

Oracle Business Intelligence 12.2.1.2.0

We are using a web method in the CatalogService:

   catalogClient.getFolderContents("/AAA/Reports",tbxUserID.Text, tbxPWord.Text);

and getting the following error.  Has anyone run into this before?  Advice?
