I am using operator "NOT=" in qualifier  for shipment priority code. As a rule for standard sales order, salesrep do not populate the shipment priority code and in those cases the qualifier is not working and resulting into pricing issue.

Example 1:

PriceList Qualifier says: Shipment Priority code NOT= Value 1

Sales Order: Shipment Priority code  = Value 2

The Pricing Engine chooses above Pricelist

Example 2:

PriceList Qualifier says: Shipment Priority code NOT= Value 1

Sales Order: Shipment Priority code  = Null

The Pricing Engine ignore the above price list
