Invalid Version:The Version id passed can not be found in the sepc file

When user trying to run application he is getting this error of invalid version

"Invalid Version:The Version id passed can not be found in the sepc file"

I have checked with user the obejct and version succfesully built and deployed to PY and also I can the version is visibal in IV for this application.

Also please find the attached document for your reference. Can you please suggest what is the issue.
