MAA setup for SOA suite V12c

Hello,

I'm planning to setup MAA for SOA 12c release. I have 2 data center and looking to setup seamless failover/switchover to another site without interruption of application. Is this possible? If yes, how, please share some MOS or any other documents. If not, I'm fine for 20 minutes outage also as alternate solution. I'm using active data guard for Oracle RAC DB.
