SR status stuck- When AME fails
Hello Team,
Here we deployed AME rules on the Service request form, and we are working with e-sig notification for sending approvals via SR with status change. Everything is working fine however there are some challenge we are face if the AME fails when we miss any setup, as we are configuring the setups in multiple locations.
We found that if AME fails then SR don't go to the intermediate status and there SR status get stuck and we cannot change the status manually. Also even after we fixed the setup and there is no option to re trigger the status so that cycle proceed further as far as changing status is required. I tried to re-trigger but still status not gets changed as expected.
