"Cannot get the certificate request from the certificate-record" error.

I do not succeed to load a trusted CA certificate on a SBC4500.  The certificate-record exists but the error message : Cannot get the certificate request from the certificate-record:"..."  is displayed when I try an import.  I did not generate the certificat request for a trusted CA certificat received from a customer.  What is missing in my configuration ?
