BU Hierarchy

I am creating a organisation hierarchy and i do not want to use 00000 as default company, instead want to create 00001.  Can i create AAI's with 00001 company as default.  will that work??

I want to have only 2 companies under that.  Should i have to attach COA for CO 00001.
