Intermittent Document Correspondence Link Creation Failure

Our end users create MS Word documents many times a day. Some times the document fails the create step and the status is appropriate. Most times it is successful and creates a corresponding link to access the appropriate Word document. However, occasionally the document status says completed; and there is no link to access the document.

And a smaller percent of the time, the link is there and has problems opening the document; but, later the link disappears.

Our concern is for the items that say they are completed; but no link appears.

The first solution according to research was to remove all the .tmp files which are created by Word on the document server using the Oracle provided script.
