Hi

The pump extract I've configured keeps abending with

WARNING OGG-06591  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, PINTA.prm:  Reading the output trail file e:\gg_trail\ggtrg\pn000000 encounters an error from position 0, rescan from the file header to recover.

ERROR   OGG-01031  Oracle GoldenGate Capture for Oracle, PINTA.prm:

This is in spite of adding the following line in the Target GLOBALS file and restarting Manager.

ALLOWOUTPUTDIR E:\GG_TRAIL

DB Version is 11.2.0.4

OGG version is 12.2.0.1

O/S is Windows 2012 R2.

Any help would be appreciated.
