Upgrading from IP2015 patch 13 to IP2016

1)Unconfigured IP2015 SWEAPP

2)Installed Siebel gateway, Siebel Server,SWEAPP, gateway, siebel server are up and running

3)Reconfigured SWEAPP

4)Installed Siebel Tools

4)Trying to run  the Siebel Database Configuration Wizard on UNIX. Database upgrade utility is unable to connect to ODBC, I am able to connect through odbc sql

here is the issue

ran /app/siebel/cfgenv.sh

/app/siebel/config/./config.sh -mode dbsrvr

Able to launch GUI install but  it is failing at ODBC

Reason: I am not sourcing /app/siebel/siebsrvr/siebenv.sh. If i source siebenv.sh, unable to launch GUI

./../jdk/jre/bin/java: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libX11.so.6: undefined symbol: xcb_wait_for_reply64
