Has anyone had issues with 9.2 Visa Load Date Field Edits that 9.1 ignored?

In PSFT 9.2. Load of Visa Credit Card Data is failing with 843 - ORA-01843: not a valid month.

It appears that there is now an edit check on the Car Rental Summary(Type 2) record for Check-Out date.

The files we currently get from Visa have this field filled with zeros. Our current 9.1 production system does not flag this field,

so the files load successfully. Is there anything we can do to turn off this edit?
