Cycle Count item assignment item deletion history

Hi All

We have r12.1.3. We have faced  an issue in cycle count. User said an active item has removed from cycle count automatically. We did analyse and find following

1. Item was removed from ABC item assignment

2. After that CC has re-initialized.

3. There is no modification or purge in ABC compiler based on current onhand

User said that we didn't remove the item. How it was automatically removed?. Is it removed from ABC if there is no onhand without compilation?

Any one through some help on this would be appreciated
