Purchase Requisition Interfacing

Hi,

We are interfacing PR and when we import in system It hit the TRANSFERRED_TO_OE_FLAG to 'N' of table PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_all and when we try to edit incomplete requisition then it throw the Error "FRM-40654: Record has been updated. Requery block to see change." and when we remove this Flag then it is fine,Further this is happening in 12.2.6 and in 12.1.3 we were able to edit this PR and although the Flag was also hit to NO on Import of Req.
