How Workspace works in isolated mode?

1. MAIN workspace is created by default

2. Child workspace(sandbox) is created for each developer

3. Develoepr1 login to Tools, connecting to serverdb, 'Open' dev1 workspace

4. Develoepr2 login to Tools, connecting to serverdb, 'Open' dev2 workspace

5. Developer1 want to compile and test the changes, what is the process to so so?
