Need to disable order acknowledment workflow for service request type

For the Service Request types PP-EESDUS, TRIAGE-EESDUS and TS-EESDUS, the order acknowledgement workflows should be disabled. Customers are receiving an order acknowledgement, which is confusing, since these request types do not result in an order.
