User already logged in error even if user logged out properly

Hi All,

We are getting this issue where even if users log out properly, on trying to log back in they receive the error that user is already logged in.

To continue we have to clear the session from UserManagement URL and then it works.

Can anyone please suggest what could be wrong as this issue has started recently and we had no deployments or patches applied in system in recent past.
