transaction_header_id in mtl_transactions_interface and its impact on processing

Hi All,

We are on 12.2.5 version and having inventory lot control ( don't know if it matters)

We have some stuck transactions in the mtl_material_transactions_interface in different organizations.

What I observe is that Oracle is assigning a single transaction_header_id  to all the transactions even though they are from different orgs in the mtl_transactions_interface

I suspect that that is the reason if if one transaction fails , it does not allow the other transaction to process as well.

For e.g in my instance there are say 10 transactions all stuck for sales order issue in different orgs. All have say got stuck because there was no onhand qty.
