Not Able To Define Tax Condition Rule Under Direct Tax Rate Determination

Dear Experts ,

We are creating rule for New tax , we had previously defined direct tax rate successfully

We are not able to define Tax Condition Rule Under Direct Tax Rate Determination .

We are using  R12.0.6 version

Couple  of observation

1. Direct tax rate determination factor is not not enabled , please refer attached screen shot .

2. LOV for select Condition Set Code does not return any value , please refer attached screen shot .

Could you please let us know if we are missing any steps.

We had created new regime, new tax, new tax rate, status and Jurisdiction for this new tax .

Please do let us know if we could follow any document .
