R47121 doesn't create cost variances in case stantard cost is different by Branch Plant.

I have the following case

I have two Branch/Plants on the same company, let's say Branch 1 is 100 and Branch 2 is 200.

I use one item that has :

• Inventory Cost Level : "2" - Item Branch Only
• Sales/Inventory cost method : "07" - Standard
  
• Cost of the item in Branch 100 is 10$
• Cost of the item in Branch 200 is 12$

When I do an Inventory Transfer through application P4113 the system asks for DMAAI 4141 (in case is not setup) in order to write the cost difference of the 2$

When we do it through R47121- EDI Product Activity Data Edit  no difference or error is triggered.
