issue with Worksheet filters for location hierarchy

Hi All,

We encountered one issue with worksheet filters where if we add only the site level to filter there's one particular site which we are unable to find. However if I add a item hierarchy filter (say product category) and then add the filter for site then I can see this store in the filter values.

It's a strange behaviour and it will be very helpful if someone can point to the cause.
