ACA - Is the Plan Start Month no longer on the 1094C XML file?

Hello,

I am in v9.2, and I went to verify the plan start month had two digits (since that cause me issues last year) in the 1094C XML file and that field is not there.  Is that no longer in the XML file since it isn't required or do I have an issue?
