Can't get ALK Maps functioning in 6.4.1.

We have recently acquired ALK Maps and want to use it with the workbench. We have defined 2 glog.properties entries for this use:

alk.api_key=apikeyhere

alk.map_url=http://maps.alk.com/api/1.2/alkmaps.js?key=apikeyhere

In the OTM guides, it says that ALK Maps will provide the javascript url to use for the maps but ALK told me they don't provide the URL but gave some generic documentation and the above URL is what I have defined but am not sure if it is correct and there is zero documentation on what the proper URL is to be defined. Anyone know the convention is for the above URL?
