Hawaii SDI printing on stub in 9.2

Hello,

We just went live on 9.2 and we noticed that our Hawaii company the EE SDI Tax type I is printing on the stub.  This is optional for the employee portion and the company has chosen not to deduct from the employees and have been on the system since 2007 and the first check in 9.2 it started printing for the first time.  Is there a setting that I am missing?  There is no deduction so the amount is zero.  I have gone to tax area information and tried to change the print method to No but it errors and
