Affordable Care XML File

Is anyone having difficulty creating the XML file for filing the affordable care file?   We are on EnterpriseOne  9.0.   I did not have any difficulties with this last year. 

Now after applying all the latest ESU's, the R08150 only creates a pdf or errors out.   We have logged an issue, but have not gotten any resolution yet.    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
