Oracle Apex post installation issues.

I've installed Oracle Apex, everything seems to loaded but URL is throwing message that

" The server http://hostname:8080/apex/apes_admin is asking for your username and password . The server reports that is is from XDB.

Same installation worked on other database in same ORACLE_HOME, but this database I am getting user id and password error.

Please advise.
