Unstable RAC Environment

Hi!

We have an environment Oracle RAC standar two nodes with ASM/RBDMS 12.1.0.2.0 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.2, we have presented three issues on different dates that leave the environment unstable and do not allow the connection to the databases that live in the RAC until than the services than node than present the occurrence are shutdown.

The event wait for the three issues are: 'Reliable Message' wait event

Does not appear eviction node

Until the services of the node that presents the fault are shutdown, the connections are reestablished towards the databases.


In the two events the 'ora.net1.network' was OFFLINE and resource 'ora.LISTENER_SCAN1.lsnr'  was INTERMEDIATE.
