Sales order acknowledgement for Service Request

Dear All,

Is there any sales order acknowledgement workflow associated with service request types? In our case, sales order acknowledgement workflow is launching for SRs after creation of sales order against them.

Can we stop that workflow for few SR types? Is there any setup/profile for this? Please reply accordingly.
