Getting ORA-4031 Errors. Are large NUMA buffers to blame?

Hi,

I'm getting this ORA-4031 error : "ORA-04031: unable to allocate 52520 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KGLH0^a3b45181","kkslcr:unsafepos")"

Setup is:

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 12.1.0.2.0 - Production

CORE    12.1.0.2.0      Production

TNS for Linux: Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 12.1.0.2.0 - Production

Current Patch Level:

Patch  22806133 : applied on Thu May 26 17:28:33 CDT 2016

Unique Patch ID:  19983161

Patch description:  "DATABASE BUNDLE PATCH: 12.1.0.2.160419 (22806133)"

Linux:

System is an  ORACLE SERVER X5-2 Exadata, with 528848804k RAM
