I am running into issue with BIP process on a UBE. I've copied an existing UBE version and have modified just the template and saved it, following were the steps:

1. P95600 - create template Object type TR.

2. Upload template file and specify effective date in the past.

3. P95620 - Created RD, specified UBE and Version.

4. Added template name on the grid.

Followed document for setting above. At this time I am not sure if it would work in Fat client locally, but in order to submit on server though fat client or web I did following additional steps:

5. Added the new Ube versions to OMW project.
