Error in Workflow SERVEREQ/13046-1615 3120: Activity 'SERVEREQ/249517' has no performer.

Hi All.

I am using the workflow but in return I am getting this error. Is anyone faced this error for the workflow Service : Send HTML Message. I set also administrator Service: Workflow Administrator.

can anyone check and advice?
