APP-APM-1100362: Create Phantom Fail

Hi All ,

User is trying to create a production batch . While saving they are getting below  Error message " Create Phantom Fail " .

Looks like its happening for only 1 item . # 08511201 . Coz other items are being saved and changed to WIP successfully.

Can some one please help me out with this ? Do i need to check anything specific in the item set up or its the issue with multi batch form ?
