Question about EBS12.1.3 + Discoverer11.1.1.7.0

I am referring to the following two notes, but have three questions about EBS12.1.3+Discoverer11.1.1.7.0 .

    Using Discoverer 11.1.1 with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12 (Doc ID 1074326.1)   -> handled by EBS

    How To Find Oracle BI Discoverer 10g and 11g Certification Information (Doc ID 233047.1)   -> handled by Discoverer

   

Q1)

Since this Note contained Discoverer 11.1.1.7.0, can I consider it's certified to use Apps Mode with EBS 12.1.3 and Discoverer 11.1.1.7.0 ?

FYI:  The customer is using browser IE 10/11.

Q2)

My understanding is after setting the ICX profiles, the user used for EBS (with EBS responsibility) can also be used to start Discoverer, am I correct?

Q3)

Is it certified to use IE 10 and IE 11 for EBS12.1.3+Discoverer11.1.1.7.0 ?
