Issue with Salutations applet - Displays welcome message multiple times on each query

Hi All,

  We have recently upgraded to IP 16.8 and when we login every thing looks great.

Now just click on Query --> Run Query button from tool bar the Salutations applet will start adding the welcome message.

You query 5 times, you see 6 welcome messages on the applet, Any problem with this applet or any bug which anybody is aware of ??
