Not equal Condition

we want to remove the following data from Word Format Template Report, we want to print the report but "Blank" and "AB" "Line of Business" should not "show"

<?Description___Line_of_Business_ID22?> Not equal to blank and not equal to AB

Some body help us for following syntax for BI?
