WMS License Plate FIFO picking with same expiry date

Hi,

Would you know if I have activated WMS, and have turned on License Plate and setup the item branch commitment to 3 by lot date,, which R46171 is run, the FIFO pick logic would first go by lot expiry date and if all the lot expiry date for the 3 lot is the same, what would be its next criteria it will look at: License Plate number, Tie breaker rule?
