Consolidation Transfer completed in warning

We are consolidating the balances from our secondary ledger to a consolidation ledger, but the transfer and journal import completed in warning. Both the books are using the same currency.

All the journals are posted for the period and contains PTD balances. The program log does not indicate any mapping missing.

Any leads what could be causing the issue?
