Sales orders can be automiatally reserved during booking for specific inventory organization sin R12

In 11i We have a flexibility to control automatic reservations functionality for sales orders through OM:Reservation Time Fence profile option.

If we want to enable automatic reservations for sales orders for a specific inventory organization we were able to achieve this by setting a profile option OM:Reservation Time Fence at a responsibility level.

Where as in R12,This profile option has been moved to Reservation Time Fence system parameter and this parameter can be set at Operating unit level.

Hence would like to know how can automatic reservations for sales orders can be enabled for a specific inventory organization in R12.
