Error while updating the work request

Hi All,

My user are getting an error while updating the exisitng work request department. Please find the screenshot of the error. This error shows up only for few work request, when i created a new work requested and updated the department i didnt see any error. Have any one of you encountered the same error? any suggestion for the resolution?

ORA – 20002:3124: Process ‘EAMWRAP_PROCESS’ for item ‘EAMWRAP/304902’ is not active. In Package WIP_EAM_WORKREQUEST_PVT Procedure update_work_Request(998)
