How can we block user from cancelling line for a sales order after it reaches a particular Last Stat

Hello,

As per Order Activity Rules defined for Sales Orders, we have a status code defined as an approval. Once the order reaches that status code combination, user should not be allowed to cancel line or make amendments to the Sales Order. We have blocked changes. However Application allows cancelling lines at any point of time before ship confirmation.

Please suggest if there is any setup.
