Unable to approve the Store Order in SIM, error: IllegalStateWSFaultException: Invalid Department Nu

Hello all,

when attempting to create and approve a store order for supplier in SIM, the following error occurs:

"The store order is being rejected by the ordering engine business rules. Please check the log file for details."

In log we can see this error:

2017-02-22 10:27:06,731 ERROR [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'][storeorder.StoreOrderExternalServiceImpl$Proxy$_$$_WeldSubclass] Error calling external web service method: StoreOrderExternalService.createStoreOrder: The store order is being rejected by the ordering engine business rules. Please check the log file for details.: Invalid Department Number.

com.oracle.retail.rms.integration.services.storeorderservice.v1.IllegalStateWSFaultException: Invalid Department Number.
