Blob URLs failing to render - OWCS 12c

Hi All,

Intermittently getting this error, blob URLs are failing to render. "Error 404--Not Found".

LOG :

[ERROR] [] [oracle.wcsites.webreference] [tid: 28] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: ed467932-679a-4c21-b54f-4f75cb004db6-00010f9b,0] [APP: sites] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Error looking up WebReference[[

java.lang.NullPointerException

Version: 12.2.1.1.0

Can anyone please help to fix this issue.
