Not Able To Open Supplier creation Form

Hi All,

We are not able to open supplier creation form, getting below error.

"Welcome to Supplier LifeCycle Management! You have not been set up correctly to access the application. Your user account is not associated with a valid Human Resources record. Valid HR record types are Employee and Contingent Worker."
