Routing Error Received After Clicking Link in Email Notification

Background
We are on 9.2 Image 11, PeopleTools 8.55.
We went live with a go live of 2/21/17 (last week) with HCM upgrading from 9.1 to 9.2 (FSCM was already on 9.2), as well as PeopleTools from 8.54 to 8.55. -- Additionally, Fluid was turned on, but only two HCM tiles and one tile in FSCM are being used in fluid (Expenses is not being used at this time).
Issue
Ever since we upgraded (see above for background info) after an employee submits an expense report, the approver receives the email notification letting them know the expense report is now on their worklist awaiting approval. After the approver clicks on the link in the email notification the browser window opens and they receive an error (see error message section below)
