Contract Expert answer drop-downs display Value Set Meaning instead of Description

Release: 12.1.3 and up

Due to issues with the Contract Expert BOM Engine we were directed by Oracle Development to transition to the OKC Engine. We are proceeding with testing this change and although the functionality has improved in many areas there is a noticeable difference for our customers in that the available answers to Contract Expert questions has changed to display the value set Meaning rather than the Description.  The Description value is important to us as it provides additional information for our buyers to reference when making a selection. 

Is there a configuration parameter that can be set to get the Description to display again, the Description to display following the selection (like a DFF) or a method of adding a hover-over link to additional information?
