Interorg Min/Max at Subinventory Level

Want to run Min/Max to create internal orders at the subinventory level. Here is the dilemma. The individual orgs actually represent different geographical locations across the country. So I can I get the Texas address on the Texas ISO and the New York address on the New York ISO? I can only seem to get a default deliver to at the Inventory Organization level.
