Scans of our Oracle Forms & Reports 11.1.2.2 reveal deprecated ciphers - what is a compliant cipher

I have been notified that I should look for TLSv1.2 support to clear all deprecated cipher issues. It is my understanding that OHS 11.1.1.9 is NOT compatable with Forms & Reports 11.1.2.2. And that OHS 11.1.1.7 cannot support TLSv1.1 or TLSv1.2; leaving TLSv1.0 as our only viable protocol option.

Since Forms & Reports 11.1.2.2 is still under error correction, and the 3DES/DES ciphers are not supported, how can we make our 11.1.2.2 Forms application FISMA compliant?

Is there a known set of ciphers that are supported between OPMN (11.1.1.7), OHS (11.1.1.7), Weblogic (10.3.6.0.170117 on JDK 1.7u131), and Forms & Reports (11.1.2.2 on JDK 1.6u141)? For example: Note 2049077.1 for OHS and Note 1905314.1
