[12.2.3] ADOP cycle does not run on slave node.

Hi, experts

I am wondering why an empty adop cycle do not executed in my slave node.

I have 2 nodes AP Tier. (EBS 12.2.3)

And I did a empty adop cycle in primary node. (prepare, cutover)

But I cannot confirm a new adop session id/folder is generated in slave node.

And at the primary node, the prepare, cutover ended with success. (no error outputed)

[questions]

1. Since no error outputs, I think there is no remote execution error regarding the primary node,

   how to trouble shoot this issue?

2. Does adop cycle sync only if the node with s_isFormsDev and s_isConcDev  set to YES ?
