Price Printing Twice

We are Running R42950 Report for Price Update Manually,

then Print Invoice R42565 and  "Price" Printing "Twice" on Invoice Print Out as follows in the Print Screen,

But if we run only R42565 Print Invoice then it will the Print Correctly only Once,

Some body can help us how to eliminate the Repeatation ?
